Gillian is a statistician with many years of experience on practical projects. She is retired from her post as Professor of Applied Statistics at Edinburgh Napier University and now works part time for the centre. She currently has two major projects with the centre. The first is a theoretical one on the creation of synthetic data. The second is the analysis of linked data on looked after children in Scotland, within our Children and Young People research strand.
